Shandong Hongxin is one professional chemical company located in Zibo city, Shandong, enjoying more than 1000 staff, majoring in chemical raw material, main products contain phthalic anhydride, maleic anhydride, unsaturated polyester resin, plasticizer and vinyl glove.

Our first PVC workshop was established in 2010, went into operation in May 2011, manufacturing disposable vinyl gloves, medical grade & industrial grade, both powdered & powder free, totally provide four sizes: S, M, L, XL.

At present the first workshop contain 12 production lines, all the lines enjoy high level of automation, which reduce the manual labor. The second workshop will be constructed in the this April, is expected to go into operation in Aug. By the end of this year, the two workshop will produce 240 million gloves per year. As far, the product have get the certificate of ISO:13485 and the report of SGS, also have already applied FDA, estimated to get it in this May.

As a professional chemical manufacturer, we produce quality plasticizer ourselves, from production we only use our own DOTP, this is our preparation and advantages to produce medical gloves, because DOTP is more environmentally friendly than DOP & DINP, also the supply and quality of DOTP is more stable than others.
