Our company established in 1999. We are one of the earliest vinyl gloves manufacturers. Meanwhile, we are only major produce the exam grade vinyl manufacturer internal. Our group has 24 advanced level production lines and the capacity is 3 billion pieces per year, equal to 1000X 40’ containers for USA, Europe and Japan marketing. Our head-office located in the center of Shijiazhuang city. The group has three independent branches, Brilliance, Brilliant Ocean & Jiuyuan totally 800 staffs.

Brilliance facility located nearby Shijiazhuang airport, it covers an area of approximately 50,000 square meters. This factory has 8 production lines. As for the second factory Brilliant Ocean, it moved into Brilliance area last year due to the old equipment and technology. New Brilliant Ocean will have 8 lines also and start to run at the beginning of May. So we will have total 16 production lines in the same area and the capacity can arrive at 2 billion pieces per year, equal to 650X40’ containers.

Jiuyuan company located in Pingshan county of Shijiazhuang, it covers an area of approximately 100,000 square meters. Now, its current 8 lines have run last year and next 16 lines are planned. The current capacity is 1 billion pieces per year, equal to 350X40’ container. We have a plan to establish 8 lines of Nitril gloves in the second half of this year in Jiuyuan area.

Now, we mainly produce two ranges of vinyl gloves, exam clear powder free  and exam stretch powder free. We have obtained ISO9000 & 13485 management system certification and FDA 510K submission. The production mainly be exported to USA, the little sales to Europe and Japan.
